Receptionist (Female)
The primary responsibilities include efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and requests, and providing the necessary assistance to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and safe stay. The role also involves performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Greet guests upon arrival, carry out accurate and efficient check-in procedures, provide necessary information about the hotel and its services, and handle check-out procedures including billing.
- Handling Inquiries and Requests: Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person, fulfill various guest requests such as room service arrangements or taxi bookings, and guide them to available facilities and services.
- Assistance and Support: Provide help to guests in emergency situations or when issues arise.
- Operating the Central Telephone System: Transfer incoming calls to the appropriate departments or guest rooms, take messages, and deliver them to the concerned guests or staff.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Log all check-ins, check-outs, payments, inquiries, and requests using designated systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties such as preparing reports.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma minimum; a diploma in hotel management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or reception, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact politely and professionally with guests
- Proficiency in computer use and basic hotel management software
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Patience, calmness, and problem-solving abilities
- Presentable appearance and high professionalism

Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all HR functions within Lailac Hotel. The goal is to foster a productive and positive work environment while attracting and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Establish and execute HR policies and procedures that support the hotel’s goals and vision
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full recruitment process from identifying staffing needs and posting vacancies to conducting interviews and selecting candidates
- Training and Development: Identify employee training needs, design and deliver programs to enhance their skills and performance
- Performance Management: Implement an employee performance evaluation system and provide constructive feedback
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and reward systems in line with hotel policies
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations, handle complaints and suggestions, and promote a collaborative and motivating work environment
- Legal Compliance: Ensure hotel compliance with all labor laws and update HR policies accordingly
- Employee Records Management: Oversee the accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records
- Budgeting and Planning: Prepare and manage the HR department’s budget and contribute to the hotel’s strategic planning from a human resources perspective
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Proficiency in computer use and HR management software
